# Find People

> Discover decision-makers at your target companies with AI-powered contact search

## Adding the Find People column

1. In your campaign's Companies tab, click **+ Add Enrichment**
2. Select **Find People**
3. The AI-powered title generator dialog opens

## Defining your target persona

### Option A: AI generation (recommended)

1. You'll see the prompt: **"What kind of decision-makers are you looking for?"**

2. Type a description in plain English: *"VP of Sales or Head of Business Development in Europe"*

3. Click **Generate**

4. AI creates a comprehensive list of matching job titles, for example:
   * VP of Sales, Vice President of Sales, Sales VP, Head of Sales
   * Sales Director, Director of Sales, Senior Vice President of Sales
   * EVP of Sales, Chief Sales Officer
   * Head of Business Development, VP of Business Development
   * Business Development Director, Chief Business Development Officer

5. **Iterate with AI**: use the text box at the top to refine (e.g., *"add more senior titles"*, *"focus on IT buyers"*, *"include CTO and CIO roles"*). The AI updates the list each time.

6. Review and remove any irrelevant titles by clicking the X on each tag. Use **Clear all** to start over.

### Option B: Manual configuration

1. Click **"Configure manually"** to skip AI
2. Type job titles one by one, pressing Enter or comma to add each as a tag

## Configuration options

* **Include related job titles**: checkbox, checked by default. Broadens the search to include similar titles beyond your exact list.
* **Max people per company**: number input (default: 5, range: 1-50). Controls how many contacts to find per company.
* **Contact Enrichment** (optional, can be done later):
  * Email addresses (2 credits/person)
  * Phone numbers (10 credits/person)
* **Estimated cost per company**: shown at the bottom based on your configuration

## Running Find People

1. Click **Add Column**: adds a FIND PEOPLE column to the Companies tab
2. Each company row now shows a **"Find People"** button
3. Click the button on each company you want to search
4. Status shows "Finding..." while the lookup runs, then displays "{n} people" when complete
5. Found contacts appear in both the **People tab** and the **Company Detail** panel

### Credit costs

Each company lookup costs **1 credit**. This is separate from contact enrichment (email/phone), which is billed per person. See the [Pricing](/resources/pricing) page for full details.

## Viewing results

**In the People tab:** All discovered contacts across all companies appear in a single table with Name, Job Title, Company, LinkedIn, Email, Phone, and Location columns.

**In the Company Detail panel:** Found people appear in a sidebar card showing each person's name (with LinkedIn link), title, and enrichment buttons with credit costs (e.g., "Get (2c)" for email).

## Tips

* **Use AI generation** instead of typing titles manually. It catches variations you'd miss (e.g., "VP Sales" vs "Vice President of Sales" vs "Head of Sales")
* **Keep "Include related job titles" checked** for broader coverage
* **Start with 3-5 people per company**: you can always increase later
* **Enrich selectively**: browse the People tab first, then enrich only the contacts you plan to reach out to
