Create your account

  1. Go to app.sentrion.ai and click Sign Up
  2. Enter your email and password, then click Continue
  3. Verify your email if prompted
Every new account comes with 500 credits and 100 people lookups: enough to explore the platform and run several real campaigns. Credits never expire.

Set up your ICP profile

Before searching, tell Sentrion about your business so it can tailor results.
  1. On the Dashboard, find the ICP Profile section
  2. Click + New to create a profile
  3. Enter your company name and website URL
  4. Sentrion AI automatically generates summaries of your company, product, target signals, and market
  5. Click Save Changes
Your ICP profile improves signal scoring and generates better match insights for every campaign.

Create your first campaign

Option A: AI Search (recommended):
  1. On the Dashboard, type a natural language query into the search bar. For example:
    • “SaaS companies hiring their first SDR team”
    • “Enterprise companies migrating to Kubernetes”
    • “Tech companies in NYC building AI products”
  2. Optionally set quick filters: Signal Date Range, Location, Company Size, or ICP Analysis
  3. Click the purple Search button
Sentrion creates a new campaign and populates it with matching companies. Option B: From the Campaigns page:
  1. Click Campaigns in the top navigation
  2. Click + New Campaign
  3. In the left sidebar, scroll to “Use AI to generate filters”
  4. Type your search description and click the send button
  5. Set “New companies to find” (default: 50)
  6. Click Find Companies
Each job found costs 1 credit. Filtering and browsing existing results is free. Additional credits are used for enrichment: people lookups, emails, phones, and AI features.

Review your results

Your campaign has three tabs:

Companies tab

Each company shows:
  • Score. AI relevance score (1-10) based on how well their signals match your search
  • Match Reason. AI-generated explanation of why this company is relevant
  • Keywords Matched. Specific terms from job postings that triggered the match
Click any company row to open a detail panel with funding data, job descriptions, match insights, and more.

Signals tab

Individual job postings from your discovered companies. Each signal shows a decimal score, the job title (with a link to the original posting), location, and a snippet from the job description. This is where you see the raw evidence behind each match.

People tab

Contacts at your discovered companies. Empty until you run Find People (next step).

Find decision-makers

  1. In the Companies tab, click + Add Enrichment → select Find People
  2. Describe who you’re looking for: “VP of Sales or Head of Business Development”
  3. Click Generate. AI creates a comprehensive list of matching job titles
  4. Configure Max people per company (default: 5)
  5. Click Add Column
  6. Click Find People on each company row to discover contacts
Found contacts appear in the People tab with name, title, company, and LinkedIn profile.

Enrich your top prospects

In the People tab, enrich the contacts that matter most:
  • Click Enrich Email to get a verified work email (2 credits)
  • Click Enrich Phone to get a direct phone number (10 credits)
Enriched data appears inline immediately.

Export your data

Click the Automation button in the campaign toolbar to access exports:
  • Companies: download all company data as CSV
  • Signals: download all job signal data as CSV
  • People: download all contacts with enriched emails and phones as CSV
