Click the Automation button in the campaign toolbar to open the panel.

Manual CSV exports

Three one-click export buttons at the top of the panel, each showing a count badge:
  • Companies: exports all company data (name, industry, size, location, score, match reason, keywords, funding, etc.)
  • Signals: exports all job signal data (job title, company, location, score, posting date, job description excerpt, etc.)
  • People: exports all contacts with enriched data (name, title, company, email, phone, LinkedIn URL)
Click any button to download the CSV immediately. Exports are free: no credits consumed.
CSV exports include all visible and enriched data. Customize which columns are shown before exporting to control what appears in the file.

Auto-Update

Automates daily signal tracking so your campaign stays current without manual work.

Setup

  1. In the Automation panel, toggle Auto-Update ON
  2. Set the Daily limit: number of signals to fetch per run (default: 100)
  3. Credit cost indicator shows approximate usage (e.g., “~100 credits max”)
  4. Schedule: Runs daily at midnight UTC

What gets updated

When Auto-Update runs, Sentrion:
  • Scans for new job postings from companies already in your campaign
  • Discovers new companies matching your filter criteria
  • Re-scores all signals with your current AI criteria
  • Saves results to the database
  • Sends qualifying results via webhooks (if configured)

Run Now

Click Run Now (purple button) to trigger an immediate update instead of waiting for the next midnight run. Results are saved and sent via webhooks just like a scheduled run.
